DS/SL Fibrous: an inner surface treatment designed to promote adhesion to proteins ensures casing adheres tightly to meat products like pepperoni/dried salami during the drying process.
Fibrous Smoke Master®: premoisturised fibrous casing treated with natural liquid smoke that will transfer smoke flavour and colour to the surface of the product. Available in low to strong smoke flavour and light to dark transfer colours.
Fibrous Color Master™: premoisturised fibrous casing that provides a caramel colour to the surface of the product. Colours range from golden to dark brown.
